Distribution of recordings and digital material is serviced through solicited venders and contacts only. Your entire digital package on WWSMusicGroup.com will be forwarded.
Streaming Music and Video
Stream music and video feeds on WWS profiles. Videos are pre approved by WWSMG before actual launch. No videos are allowed to be published on WWS profiles before approval for security of the artist and company. Videos never go out through WWSMG distribution.
Social media integration, slide / photo gallery, and bio (optional) used for public relations and outside media usage (mainly online and print media)
Street team / Online promo groups
Full feature street team / online promo groups. WWSMG does not count for the management and liability for the team and database information.
Artist to vendor requirements
- Up to 5 MP3 tracks. Only 1 (one) track can be used per campaign during a 2 (two) week span campaign.
- Video feeds. You can submit a video at any time to WWS Music Group for your profile display. Videos must be pre approved by WWSMG before it can be published in any manner or form.
- At least 5 photos. The photos must be in Hi-Def at 300 dpi for usage of outside media.
- Tour dates (up to 12 months). Tour dates and locations may be sent to us directly; if you are already a member of the Billboard company, we can automatically display your tour dates through direct feed.
- For social feeds, we must have the URL of the artist’s Myspace, Twitter and Facebook; all are optional but highly suggested for maximum user and fan base interaction.

All artist to vendor requirements and material must be sent to wwsmusicgroup@gmail.com for pre-launch approval. Approval may take up to 72 hours depending on nature of material. Campaigns will be in circulation from the day it starts.
MP3 and video placements can be changed and adjusted anytime; with approval taking up to 72 hours. There is a maximum limit of 5 MP3 files, however after the first 2 (two) weeks, additional MP3 files may be added to the playlist and unwanted MP3 files may be removed at any time; only a maximum of 5 MP3 files are allowed at all times.
